3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CLAIM'N services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Subscription Plans

CLAIM'N offers various membership tiers with different features and pricing. All prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) or Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• No refunds for partial months or unused content

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Post offensive, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Share false or misleading information
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Engage in spam or commercial solicitation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our systems
• Share your account access with others
