CLAIM'N Talks

Some conversations deserve more than a few minutes between meetings

CLAIM'N Talks are small, local gatherings for men who want to think out loud with other people around a subject that actually matters.

We meet over lunch or dinner. Each group is put together with the situation and subject in mind, and every Talk has a clear theme.

It might be sleep, recovery, relationships, leadership, direction, or another subject within CLAIM'N's five pillars.

The format is simple.

We open with a check-in, spend the main part of the gathering in conversation, and close by asking what each person is taking with him — and what he wants to do with it.

CLAIM'N Talks are being developed locally. We will let you know when the next one opens.

Subject

One subject at a time

Conversations tend to go further when there is something shared to work from.

Each Talk therefore starts with a clear subject and one common question.

The frame is shared.

What the question means in your life is yours.

One person may talk about how sleep affects his patience at home. Another may notice how often work gets first claim on his time. Someone else may see something entirely different in the same subject.

That is where the conversation gets useful.

The format

Enough structure to get somewhere

A good conversation does not need to be over-managed.

It does need a shape.

01

Check-in

Everyone enters the room the same way.

Briefly. Directly. What are you bringing into the conversation today?

02

The conversation

We open the subject and let the group work with it together.

Someone describes a situation. Someone else asks a question. Another person shares something he has actually tried.

At times, we invite a specialist from one of our pillars to bring more depth to the subject. We also like to invite someone who can tell us more about the food or drink we are sharing.

The specialist does not own the room.

He adds something the group can use.

03

Check-out

Before we leave, we go around the table.

What became clearer?

What are you taking with you?

What do you want to try or do differently afterwards?

The conversation can stay open.

It should still lead somewhere.

The group

The room is part of the content

Who sits around the table matters.

CLAIM'N Talks are put together with that in mind.

Men who are still building toward clear goals do not always need the same conversation as men who have already reached them and started thinking about what comes next.

We do not mix groups simply to fill seats.

A good room has enough shared ground that no one has to spend half the evening explaining the whole backstory.

The dynamic

A conversation without the old role

One participant described what happens in his long-standing friendships:

When I see all of them together, we fall straight back into our old roles.

CEO, financial services company · GO Sessions 2026

That is one reason the room matters.

When you do not have to be who you have always been in the same old group, the conversation can move differently.

That does not mean everyone has to agree.

Quite the opposite.

It often gets more useful when someone sees the situation another way.

The core

Sometimes something important starts simply

A meal. A subject. A few people who are actually listening to each other.

It does not need to be more complicated than that.

It does need enough thought behind it that it does not turn into another evening where everyone leaves with the same questions they arrived with.

That is what we are building CLAIM'N Talks for.
