For men who play the long game.
Performance is a system.
Two entry points. Depending on where you are now.

Sustainable performance
The work matters. The responsibility is real. But the things that make performance possible can become easier to postpone.

Beyond Achievement
You have reached the goals you set. What comes next may be less obvious.
Explore what's next →I · The real gap
Most men already know that sleep matters. That recovery matters. That they should train, spend more time with people they care about and stop carrying every decision alone.
Knowing is rarely the difficult part. Doing it consistently, while work and responsibility keep moving, is different.
“There are plenty of people who hold you accountable for performing. Almost no one holds you accountable for recovering.”
Senior leader, global technology company · GO Sessions 2026
That gap between knowing and doing is where CLAIM'N starts. The pilot showed the same pattern throughout: the information was useful, but structure, coaching, accountability and other men turned it into action.

II · The foundation
Men aren't fragments. We're systems. What happens in your body shapes how you think. How you think shapes how you relate. How you relate shapes what you build. What you build reflects who you believe yourself to be.
Pull one thread, the others move. The point is not to optimise every variable. It is to build a stronger foundation underneath the life you are already carrying.
The architecture underneath everything else.
Pressure as fuel. Not just managed — converted.
The body as foundation. Not afterthought.
The relationships that determine how long — and how well — you live.
The work and commitments that deserve your effort over time.

III · How it works
CLAIM'N is built around a simple idea: insight matters more when there is somewhere for it to go.
The assessment gives you a clearer picture of the areas that are working well and the ones that deserve more attention.
The aim is not to give you a label. It is to give you a useful starting point.
The framework is supported by 25+ evidence-based protocols across the five pillars. Sleep. Recovery. Stress. Relationships. Leadership. Physical health. Daily routines. Direction.
You do not need all of them. You need the right one at the right time.
Protocols give you something practical to work with. Coaching helps turn what you already know into decisions and behaviour.
Groups give you people who recognise the situation, question your assumptions and share what has worked for them. Then you come back and see what actually held.
IV · Built for men
Men's health has some specific biological realities. Hormones, sleep, stress response, recovery and physical ageing are part of the picture. But biology is only one part of it.
Work, fatherhood, relationships and leadership have changed quickly. Many men are expected to carry more across more parts of life, while still having very few places where they can speak plainly about what that costs.
CLAIM'N was built for that reality. Not around an idea of what a man should be. Around how men actually live, what they carry and what helps them make changes that hold.
“When we all meet, we fall straight back into our old roles.”
CEO, financial services company · GO Sessions 2026

V · What changes
The strongest outcomes from the pilot were not grand reinventions. They were changes people could actually see.
One man stopped working late and became better at pausing before saying yes.
Another returned to regular training after years away.
Another stopped taking calls during the early evening so he could be present with his family.
One participant's wife and children noticed he had more energy before he said anything himself.
Changes that survive the week. Changes that make the next decision easier. Changes that other people sometimes notice before you do.

VI · Coaching
You can read about sleep. You can understand stress. You can know that the way you are working is not something you want to keep doing indefinitely. The difficult part is often acting on what you already know.
That is why coaching is not treated as decoration around the programme. In the pilot, participants repeatedly described coaching as the point where knowledge became behaviour:
“Something very concrete is something I've known for decades — and never actually acted on.”
CEO, financial services company · GO Sessions 2026
“The biggest value was hearing my own words. That's when it became clear that it was actually a problem.”
Senior manager, banking · GO Sessions 2026
Coaching remains part of how CLAIM'N programmes are designed, with additional sessions available where more depth is useful.
VII · The room
Recognition matters. Not because another man has lived exactly your life, but because sometimes someone describes a situation and you realise you know the terrain immediately.
“I share something, and another man says: that's exactly how it is for me.”
CEO, international retail company · GO Sessions 2026
But recognition was only part of the value. The men also brought different ways of dealing with the same problem. One had tried something the others had not. Another asked the question nobody else had thought to ask.
The work happens between men. CLAIM'N provides the structure. The meaning and the decisions remain yours.

There are 25+ protocols in all, with add-ons inside some pillars for anyone who wants to go further. The point is not to collect protocols. It is to use the right one at the right time.

Research matters because advice should have something underneath it. Every CLAIM'N protocol is developed from relevant research, and the sources are available with the material so you can see where the reasoning comes from.
But research alone does not tell us whether the way CLAIM'N puts that knowledge into practice actually works. That is why we also evaluate what happens with real participants.
The 2026 pilot showed sustained behavioural changes among every participant who attended consistently — sleep, energy, training, boundaries, presence at home and major work decisions. Participants repeatedly highlighted the combination of coaching, accountability and the group as the reason the material became useful in practice. Participants have included senior leaders from global technology, banking, financial services, international retail and business ownership.
We will keep measuring that. Not because everything meaningful can be reduced to a number. Because claims should be able to stand up to scrutiny.
