Part one · The archetype

One looks at how you tend to act when you work, make decisions, deal with other people, and come under pressure.

Part two · Five pillars

The other looks at how you rate yourself across CLAIM'N's five pillars.

Together, they give you a starting point for what comes next.

Part one · The archetype

Six patterns you may recognize

An archetype is not a label for who you are.

It describes a pattern in how you tend to operate — what you reach for first when different demands start competing with each other.

The assessment works with six archetypes. Each comes with strengths and blind spots.

Integrator

06

The Integrator is the most balanced direction: the ability to draw on more than one way of operating without letting a single pattern take over every situation.

The point is not to find the “right” type.

It is to see what you rely on most — and what may be worth developing.

Part two · Five pillars

Five pillars in the same picture

The second part looks at how you see your own capacity across CLAIM'N's five pillars.

01Pillar

Identity & Purpose

Direction, values, and what you want to be able to stand behind.

02Pillar

Emotional & Mental Capacity

How you handle load, recover, and function when pressure stays high.

03Pillar

Physical & Vital Health

Sleep, physical capacity, recovery, and everyday habits.

04Pillar

Relationships & Leadership

How you show up with other people, at home and at work.

05Pillar

Mission & Mastery

What you build, take responsibility for, and want to keep developing.

Some questions go closer to the bone

The assessment contains 57 questions.

Some are straightforward. Others ask about things that can be harder to put into words: anger, withdrawal, what you do when things get difficult, and what you tend to carry on your own.

Those questions help build a more nuanced picture of how you respond under pressure and which patterns tend to return when things get hard.

For the result to be useful, answer from how you usually act and react — not how you would prefer to.

Think in patterns over time, not one-off situations.

The result gets more useful when you take it somewhere

When you are done, you receive your profile, including the archetype closest to your usual way of operating and your picture across the five pillars.

The assessment is designed to be used in our programs, coaching conversations, and other CLAIM'N settings.

It can show patterns, strengths, and areas that may be worth looking at more closely. The bigger value comes when you bring the result into a conversation and work out what it actually means in your life.

Then the result becomes more than a profile. It becomes something you can think with, talk through, and act on.

About the assessment

The assessment draws on established psychological constructs, including research on personality, meaning, and human capability.

CLAIM'N's own instrument is still being developed as more data is collected.

We distinguish between what comes from established research and what belongs to our own model.

That distinction matters to us.
