CLAIM’N is built for men who want to keep growing, keep performing and make more of life work over time.
Behind CLAIM’N are nearly 20 years of experience in leadership development and change management. That experience has shaped much of how we think: lasting change takes more than knowing what you should do.
We already know a great deal about what affects how we feel and perform: sleep, exercise, stress, recovery, relationships and how we use our time.
But insight changes very little until it changes what you actually do.
We built CLAIM’N for the step between knowing and actually doing: getting back to training, making room for recovery, having a conversation you have put off, or changing a pattern that keeps creating the same problem.
That means we don’t stop at the conversation or the insight. We put things into practice.
CLAIM’N protocols give you a concrete place to start. That might mean changing how you sleep, getting back to regular exercise, making more room for recovery or doing something differently in a relationship.
Then the new behaviour has to work when everyday life takes over. That is why follow-up is such an important part of how we work.
Some of that happens with our coaches and experts. An important part also happens between participants. In smaller groups, they follow each other over time and talk about what they have tried, what has changed, what has been difficult to make happen and what challenges they are facing.
That gives new behaviours a chance to take hold and, over time, become part of everyday life — habits that stick.
We made an early decision to build CLAIM’N exclusively for men.
Not because men are all the same. But there are experiences, expectations and roles that many men recognise in one another — at work, at home, in relationships, and in questions around performance, responsibility and their own health.
That recognition matters.
We saw it clearly when we began working with our first groups. Participants described how quickly they were able to speak openly with men they had not known before. When someone talked about, for example, problems with sleep or the difficulty of actually making a change, others recognised parts of their own experience. Several described that recognition itself as valuable.
But the value was not only in recognising yourself in someone else. Participants also brought their own ways of dealing with the same problems. The same issue could look different in different lives, giving the group more experience, perspectives and solutions to learn from.
That is an important part of why CLAIM’N is built for men: enough shared ground to recognise yourself in others, and enough difference in experience to learn from one another.
Built for men. On purpose.

There is another reason we work in groups.
Many of us have people around us we are close to. But long-standing relationships also come with established roles and familiar conversations. One participant described the difference between CLAIM’N and his usual group of friends:
When I see all of them together, we fall straight back into our old roles.
In CLAIM’N, there is a subject to work with, time set aside for the conversation and a format that lets participants get beyond how work is going and what is happening next.
When the same people continue together over time, they can also follow each other’s progress.
These are questions that rarely get the same room in conversations with colleagues or in relationships where the roles are already well established.
The other men in the group are not coaches, and they are not supposed to be. But they can listen, ask questions, share their own experience and come back to the same question next time.
In that way, participants become part of each other’s work.
Men sharpen men.
The things that affect how you function and perform rarely sit in completely separate parts of life.
Poor sleep affects your energy. Sustained pressure can affect recovery, decisions and relationships. A working life with no margin can make it difficult to find room for exercise, the people you want to spend time with, or the things that help you feel well.
That is why CLAIM’N is built around five pillars:
Research helps us understand what matters across these different areas. CLAIM’N protocols give you a concrete place to start. The work in our programmes is then about putting things into practice, following up and developing what works in your everyday life.
Performance is a system.
CLAIM’N grew out of our own experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, change management, coaching and health — and many years spent helping people and organisations make change happen.
We build the programmes and protocols, select the subjects and research, lead the conversations and follow the work together with participants.
We don’t decide what should matter to you.
We create the framework, the questions, the methods and the setting. What you see in your own life, what you want to change and what you ultimately choose to do are yours.
